Job Description
ROYAL HEALTHCARE is seeking a dedicated MRD Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, organization, and security of patient medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality standards. Your work will facilitate timely retrieval, secure storage, and precise data entry of all medical documentation, which is essential for patient care, audits, research, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Record Science or Health Information Management, or a Diploma in MRD from an accredited institution.
Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of experience in MRD.
