Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DB2 Database Administrator with over 5 years of experience and a thorough understanding of DB2 database architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the latest DB2 versions, including 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting database issues using tools such as db2diag, db2pd, db2dart, and db2support, monitoring database performance and stability, and managing user access. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to adapt to new technologies, and experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation. Availability for a 24×7 production support model with a rotational shift is required.
