Job Description
Accord Manpower Services seeks a full-time Mobiliser based in Chennai. Working five days a week from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, the Mobiliser will engage NGOs, community leaders, schools, and government departments to identify and counsel prospective students, provide individualized career guidance, and maintain comprehensive records of students and their parents/guardians (education, occupation, income).
Key duties include planning and executing outreach campaigns across Chennai, conducting local travel to expand networks, and carrying out tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English proficiency
- Experience interacting with students and managing data
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
