Job Description
MSX INTERNATIONAL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, coordinating training assignments for Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs), and maintaining comprehensive training reports categorized by levels: Beginner, Premium, Super-Premium. Key responsibilities include conducting post-training evaluations, developing insightful dashboards, and analyzing LMS data for actionable insights.
Moreover, you will contribute to improving customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives and assist in processing invoices using SAP and IMS. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, and SUMIF functions, as well as PowerPoint for crafting effective presentations, is essential.
