Job Description
Tista Creations is seeking an experienced Fabric Merchandiser to manage sourcing, development, and execution of woven and knitted fabrics across domestic retail, brands, and export channels. You will coordinate with mills, traders, and processors on sampling and bulk production; manage fabric costing, negotiations, and final pricing; and oversee lab-dips, strike-offs, approvals, and delivery timelines while ensuring quality standards (shrinkage, colorfastness, and testing).
- Collaborate closely with design, sampling, and production teams
- Maintain fabric inventory, swatch libraries, and documentation
- Monitor market trends and introduce new fabric qualities
