Job Description
Iswarya Health Pvt Ltd is seeking Female candidates for the position of Mental Health Counselor. Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
- Monitoring progress throughout the treatment plan.
- Collaborating with healthcare specialists.
- Following up with psychiatrists for hospitalized clients.
- Identifying behaviors that impede recovery.
- Assisting family members with mental health challenges.
Requirements: Fluent in Kannada, Master’s degree preferred, and at least 1 year of work experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹13,00 – ₹25,00 per month
