Job Description
Together Foundation invites applications for a Medical Social Worker to lead its residential program for adults with autism at Together Community – Residential Program. The role includes supervising caregivers; designing and monitoring vocational and therapeutic programs; tracking resident progress; coordinating with families and external therapists; and maintaining accurate clinical and administrative records.
Requirements: MSW (Medical & Psychiatric specialization), minimum two years’ experience in autism or rehabilitation services, and demonstrable leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This is a full-time, in-person position. Compensation: ₹11,321.52–₹34,242.30 per month. Meals provided. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
