Job Description
NTT DATA is looking for a committed Medical Records Coding and Transcription Associate with a specialization in surgical coding. The successful candidate will convert healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and medical services into standardized alphanumeric codes used universally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical documentation to accurately interpret patient diagnoses.
- Develop a consistent vocabulary for articulating causes of injury, illness, and mortality.
- Guarantee precise standard coding for all clinical statements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, BPT, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
- In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in Windows PC applications.
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with potential for overtime.
