Job Description
Join our team at Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital as a Medical Records Assistant. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of documents, collecting patients’ demographic data, and collaborating with insurance companies to process claims. You will organize patients’ files for quick access, maintain their confidentiality, and support physicians by obtaining comprehensive health information. Additionally, you will enter and review medical records in our electronic database, assign identification numbers, and ensure compliance with clinic procedures.
