Job Description
Babyama Paediatric Centre is seeking a Female Candidate only with a strong command of English and prior hospital experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet patients in-person and via phone.
- Respond to inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Schedule optimization for providers and patient satisfaction.
- Notify providers upon patient arrivals.
- Provide comfort to patients by addressing anxieties and FAQs.
- Update and retrieve patient records for treatment info.
- Manage financial records and collect patient charges.
- Maintain office inventory and supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
