Job Description
Abi Scans and Labs invites applications for a full-time, permanent Medical Receptionist / Front Office Executive. Freshers may apply; candidates with a minimum of 1 year total work experience are preferred. Compensation ranges from ₹14,00 to ₹18,00 per month, and Provident Fund benefits are provided. This is an on-site position at our clinic.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients; manage appointment scheduling
- Answer incoming calls and handle patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and basic billing
- Prepare routine reports and assist with front-desk operations
Required qualifications: strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy medical environment.
