Job Description
Washington Internal Medicine is looking for a dependable and skilled Medical Office Virtual Assistant to become a part of our remote team. Our practice is committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling phone calls, voicemails, and patient messages with professionalism.
- Scheduling, confirming, and modifying patient appointments efficiently.
- Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits accurately.
- Maintaining precise patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, familiarity with EHR systems, excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
