Job Description
Raghav IT Solution Services OPC Pvt. Ltd is looking for a committed Medical Coder to enhance our team. The successful candidate will review clinical documentation and assign accurate codes for billing and compliance purposes. Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign codes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical coding is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹30,743.62 – ₹60,113.63 per month
