Job Description
Demasters is seeking a full-time Marketing Staff member with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ relevant experience (fresh graduates will be considered).
- Develop and implement marketing plans for construction services and projects
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Manage online campaigns, including social media, email, and website
- Produce brochures, presentations, and reports
- Build client and industry relationships and cultivate business opportunities
On-site position; day shift preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month.
