Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Tool Manufacturing to lead our tool room. The role oversees jig, fixture, die, mold and cutting tool production; allocates tasks; monitors CNC/VMC, milling, turning, grinding, EDM and fitting operations; enforces drawings and GD&T; and implements 5S/TPM and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality and maintenance teams.
- Train and evaluate staff, reduce lead time, scrap and rework, and maintain documentation.
- Qualifications: Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical or Tool & Die; 5–10 years in tool manufacturing (supervisory preferred); CNC and conventional machining experience; GD&T knowledge; strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Full-time; salary from ₹18,00/month; work location: on the road.
