Job Description
Leon Placement Service LLP is seeking a dedicated Manpower Supervisor. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Training: Onboarding new employees and assisting in skill development.
- Scheduling: Creating schedules, allocating tasks, and managing workloads.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Safety: Maintaining safety standards and providing proper training to employees.
- Recruitment: Screening and assessing new candidates.
