Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide detailed information regarding tests and services offered.
• Follow up to confirm appointments.
• Facilitate requests for home sample collections.
• Keep precise records of all calls.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support.
• Fluent verbal communication in Malayalam and English.
• Basic computer skills.
• A polite demeanor with a patient-friendly approach.
