Job Description
Kovilakam Residency (P) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to manage our facilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings and systems to identify issues, repairing faulty equipment and structures, and developing preventative maintenance procedures. Additionally, you will manage heating and plumbing systems, plan and schedule repairs, and conduct periodic quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Complimentary meals provided
Schedule: Day, morning, night, and rotational shifts available
Experience: 1 year preferred. Work Location: On-site.
