We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Request Coordinator to manage tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log and prioritize maintenance requests.
• Dispatch work orders to vendors.
• Follow up on repairs and update tenants.
• Process vendor payments and maintain records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in property maintenance coordination.
• Familiar with property management software.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 – ₹26,500.00 per month
