Job Summary: OLGA RESORTS is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Executive to ensure the flawless operation of all resort facilities. This position is essential for performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, guaranteeing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections across all resort areas.
- Execute maintenance tasks on various systems.
- Facilitate timely repairs and upkeep of critical equipment.
- Oversee pool maintenance and landscaping.
- Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
