Job Description
Ensono is actively seeking an experienced Mainframe Systems Programmer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of backup and recovery processes, along with robust knowledge of both logical and physical database design. Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing query performance is essential.
Key responsibilities will include data management activities such as loading, updating, and restoring data, maintaining database integrity, monitoring storage usage, and purging outdated data. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Cobol programming and familiarity with third-party database tools such as Omegamon, Tmon, and the BMC Suite.
