Job Description
Hata is seeking a dedicated Logistics Supervisor to manage our ecommerce delivery operations. In this role, you will:
- Address customer complaints and queries via phone, email, or message.
- Collaborate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor progress to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) rates.
This full-time position operates from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, at our Dadar office. Candidates must reside nearby and be available to join in early July.
Salary: Up to ₹35,00 per month, with performance bonuses.
