Job Description
Kasth Enterprise is currently looking for a committed Logistics Executive to oversee customer coordination through calls and emails, as well as to provide quotes and shipment updates. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customs inquiries, LC shipments, and FCL shipments. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and surpass customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include managing customer bookings, gathering essential shipment information, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount, as you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and effectively resolving documentation-related issues.
