Qualifications: LLB/LLM
Experience: 7 years in Real Estate
Job Profile:
- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts.
- Support the business team in contract finalization and legal issue resolution.
- Draft MOUs and confidentiality agreements.
- Strategize and defend legal actions before various authorities.
- Handle civil litigations, including labor laws and recovery cases.
- Guide company representatives in court appearances.
- Review litigation progress and advise on action plans.

Pay: Up to ₹55,00.00 per month
