Job Description
Clix Capital is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our Litigations department. The ideal candidate should be a law graduate from a reputable institute with 2 to 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include attending court proceedings, interacting with law enforcement, and filing criminal complaints and execution proceedings. Candidates should have strong knowledge of recovery laws, good communication, and drafting skills, and should have experience working in collections litigation within NBFCs, MFCs, or banks.
