Job Description

We are seeking a LIMS Support Specialist to provide technical support for LIMS installations and users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting applications, configuring workflows and interfaces, performing testing, upgrades and data migrations, and maintaining documentation. You will collaborate with IT and laboratory teams to implement solutions, deliver user training, and ensure system validation and GLP/GMP compliance.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; experience with LIMS software, SQL, and scripting; strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of laboratory processes, regulatory requirements, and basic networking.
