Job Description
We are seeking a full-time License Manager based in Bangalore to oversee software licensing, vendor relationships, and compliance. The role includes managing license procurement and renewals, coordinating audits and record-keeping, negotiating vendor terms, implementing licensing policies, and training internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in software asset management or licensing
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of licensing models (SaaS, perpetual) and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAM tools
