Job Description
Paid ₹10,00/month. Full-time, day-shift, in-person role for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience. This non-litigation position handles corporate and real estate compliance, including private company and LLP incorporations (Indian and foreign directors), liquidation/striking off, Companies Act compliance, RERA registration and quarterly compliance, preparation of RERA project documents, NCLT filings, e-filing and statutory filings, drafting and vetting agreements, review of real estate documentation, drafting sale agreements, advising clients on documentation changes, and monitoring project withdrawal limits.
The candidate will manage routine legal and secretarial matters within the firm’s Legal Secretarial department.
