Job Description
Mallcom India is seeking a Lasting Incharge to oversee daily lasting operations for closed and safety footwear at our Chandipur facility. Responsibilities include toe, side, heel and seat lasting; inspection of uppers, toe caps, counters and pre-lasting materials; and maintenance of lasting machines. The role requires training and supervising operators and helpers, reducing defects (wrinkles, misalignment, poor heel seat), meeting production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
