Job Description

Inspire Tech Solutions is looking for a dedicated Labor and Compliance Specialist to join our team at our Rohini location. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in labor compliance, particularly in Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and Contract Labor Regulations.

Key responsibilities include providing audit support, ensuring accurate tax submissions, and maintaining compliance with all applicable labor laws.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary between ₹28,00 and ₹35,00 per month, along with benefits such as internet reimbursement.
