Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated L2 Support professional with 1 to 8 years of experience in application and production support. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of Linux, Unix, and shell scripting, along with hands-on experience in SQL.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem-solving, and workflow automation using tools like Control M. Candidates should have experience with automation in Unix shell scripts and Python, as well as daily application operations.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, BCP execution, support tools like MS Office, and strong communication skills is essential. Applicants must be ready to work in shifts.
