Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated KYC Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Investor Onboarding and managing KYC documents.
- Distributor relationship management, handling all customer and distributor queries and escalations.
- CRM management, engaging with multiple internal departments to resolve issues within specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensuring that all queries are resolved within predefined TAT.
- Proficient in Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Monthly Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹29,00.00

Experience: Preferred total work experience of 2 years

Requirements
