Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor for our esteemed Ayurvedic Hospital located near Angamali, Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen environment, alongside over 4 years of practical kitchen experience.
This role requires effective management of inventory, supplies, and purchasing, along with proficiency in cost control and strong leadership skills. Familiarity with vegetarian cuisine will be an added advantage.
The salary for this full-time, permanent position starts at ₹22,00 per month, with food and accommodation included.
