Job Description

United Carbon Solutions Private Limited seeks a full-time Kiln Operator to operate, monitor and maintain kiln systems in cement/ceramic production. Responsibilities include controlling kiln temperature, pressure and fuel flow; starting, adjusting and shutting down equipment; inspecting burners, fans and refractory linings; recording production data and coordinating with maintenance and control room staff. Candidates should have secondary (10th pass) education; kiln operator certification or technical training preferred; experience in related industrial operations is an advantage. Must be able to work shifts in hot, noisy industrial conditions. Compensation: ₹240,00–₹260,00 per year; Provident Fund benefit; on-site work.
