Job Description

We are building a high-performance sales team at Robu.in and seek a Junior Sales Executive (1 position) with 1–2 years’ tele-sales/inside-sales experience in electronic products. Annual CTC: Rs.300,343–Rs.361,788 (in-hand ₹20,00–₹25,00/month); monthly sales incentives. Requirements: fluent English, basic Excel and computer skills, relevant outbound/tele-sales experience. Responsibilities: generate and convert B2B leads, onboard and maintain customers, manage after-sales, and maintain CRM records. Benefits: five-day workweek (9:00 am–6:30 pm), Sat–Sun fixed off, health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. Full-time, permanent, on-site.
