Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Purchase Executive to support procurement operations. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotes, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory records. The role requires coordination with internal teams to ensure timely supply, negotiation of basic terms, and adherence to procurement policies.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Skills: Proficient in Excel, strong communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
