Job Description
Aabasoft is actively seeking a dedicated Junior Procurement Associate to join our procurement team. In this role, you will assist in procuring materials and equipment for ELV and BMS systems. The successful candidate will ensure that all purchases are cost-effective, delivered promptly, and in alignment with both project and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and procurement of ELV and BMS materials.
- Engage with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Evaluate quotations and maintain accurate purchase records.
- Verify that materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep abreast of new products and market trends.
Essential Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
