Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
- Proven experience with instructional technology and learning theories
- Skills in lesson and curriculum planning, basic HTML and Flash programming
- Aviation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to write effective instructional content
