We are looking for a Junior Freshservice Administrator to oversee and enhance our IT service management (ITSM) platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring workflows, automating processes, and ensuring effective ticket management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Freshservice ITSM platform.
- Develop workflows, SLA policies, and manage ticket routing.
- Manage user roles and permissions effectively.
- Integrate the platform with third-party tools such as Microsoft 365 and Slack.
- Monitor system performance and deliver user training.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience with Freshservice or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
