Job Description
NH360 Solutions is seeking a motivated and responsible Junior Associate to oversee both Voice and Non-Voice tasks centered on FASTag operations. This role involves activating FASTags, providing customer support, managing documentation, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate FASTags for customers and verify KYC documentation.
- Address customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Strong computer skills with effective communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher. Salary: ₹6,00.00 – ₹8,00.00/month. Work Location: In person.
