Job Description
SHIVA PRODUCTS is seeking a dedicated Junior Account Assistant to join our Store and Account Department. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting. Familiarity with TCS software is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting tasks
- Verify incoming materials against delivery notes and invoices
- Issue raw materials and tools for production
- Maintain accurate records of materials in the system
- Organize and label inventory
- Assist with stock counts and audits
Skills Required: Proficient computer skills are essential, along with strong English communication abilities. Previous experience in accounting and inventory data entry is preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is required.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month.
