Job Description

MAPPAS RESTAURANT seeks a full-time, permanent Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies and other beverages with high standards of hygiene, speed and customer service. Responsibilities include washing, peeling and preparing fruits; operating juicers and blenders; taking orders and preparing drinks to specification; ensuring ingredient freshness, proper storage and cleanliness; following food safety procedures; assisting with inventory, reporting low stock and handling payments.

Preferred candidates will have prior beverage-service experience and knowledge of fruits and healthy flavor combinations. Compensation: ₹18,00–₹20,00 per month. Benefit: food provided. Work Location: in person.
