Job Description
Everest Aluminium Pvt Ltd seeks a Junior Fitter to support plant mechanical maintenance on rotational A/B/C 8-hour shifts. Requires minimum 1 year experience as a fitter or mechanical helper; ITI/vocational training preferred. Candidate must have hands-on skills in fitting, gas cutting, welding assistance, mechanical tool use, basic diagram reading, and be physically fit for plant duties.
- Responsibilities include assembly, breakdown and preventive maintenance, alignment, dismantling, supervised basic welding, and tool/SOP upkeep.
- Salary ₹10,00–₹12,00/month (in-hand) plus PF & ESI, subsidized canteen, pick & drop, leave encashment, and annual bonus.
