Job Description
Solastaa Hair & Skin Pvt. Ltd. in Kalyan seeks a full-time, in-person Junior Digital Marketing Executive (₹15,00–₹20,00/month). The successful candidate will create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; prepare weekly content calendars; research trends, hashtags, and competitors; engage with followers; and collaborate with design and marketing teams on creatives and reels. Responsibilities also include basic social media reporting and supporting simple promotional campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Requirements: foundational social media knowledge, creative mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and eagerness to learn. Familiarity with Canva and reel editing is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with digital marketing or social media certifications will be preferred.
