Job Description
The ITI Electrician will perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and safe operation of pellet mill machinery, PLC control panels and boiler electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted feed production. Responsibilities include servicing pellet mills, hammer mills, mixers, conveyors, elevators and bagging machines; repairing motors, gearmotors, solenoid valves, proximity sensors, limit switches and load cells; handling VFDs, soft starters, star-delta starters and MCC panels; supporting PLC (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Delta/Schneider) operation, wiring, HMI alarms and commissioning; and maintaining boiler controls, safety interlocks and temperature/level sensors. The role requires preventive and breakdown maintenance, documentation of wiring and PLC panels, and coordination with engineers and boiler operators.
