Schedule: Day and Rotational Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Analyze job requirements and organizational objectives

- Source candidates via various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain recruitment data and provide updates to the HR team
