Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a night shift position to source, screen, and hire technical talent for software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. The role requires end-to-end recruitment management, coordination of interviews across time zones, and upkeep of candidate pipelines.
- Responsibilities: full-cycle recruiting, drafting job descriptions, conducting technical screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and leveraging ATS and social sourcing tools.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years IT recruiting experience, strong technical understanding, excellent written and verbal communication, ATS proficiency, and reliable availability for overnight shifts.
