Job Description

Join our dynamic team at MS Techfort as an IT Recruiter. Your key responsibilities will include understanding technical job requirements from hiring teams, sourcing candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

You will also manage offer rollouts, maintain a candidate database, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Keeping abreast of IT hiring trends and salary benchmarks is essential.

We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹9,570.26 to ₹15,00.00 per month, along with benefits including a Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, during day shifts.
