Job Description
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our IT Operations team. The role requires access to the latest vulnerability databases and coordination with software vendors.
Required Skills: Knowledge of patch management systems and experience with vulnerability scanning tools are essential. Familiarity with Azure, Windows, Linux, SCCM, Qualys, Printer, CVE/CVSS is also needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of available patches to resolve issues.
- Analysis of potential side effects of patches on availability and functionality.
- Documentation of testing and deployment processes.
- Managing patch cycles from Testing to Production.
- Liaising with Business Application Teams regarding patches impacting business applications.
