Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Support: Effectively diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, provide technical assistance to users, install and configure systems, maintain hardware and software, and address network troubleshooting.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, manage user accounts, ensure data security, and oversee IT asset management.
• Other Duties: Procure IT equipment, develop and enforce IT policies, train users, conduct safety inspections, and maintain comprehensive records of IT assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
